Flip & Roll contains a dice and a plastic disk. The dice contains 6 categories: Song, Movie, T.V. show, Food, Drink and Game. The disk is double sided; it contains the words ‘I like’ on one side and ‘I don’t like’ on the other. Roll the dice to select the category and flip the disk to select I like, or I don’t like. Take turns answering what they both land on. For example, if the dice lands on ‘Game’ and the disk lands on ‘I don’t like,’ you tell a game that you don’t like playing.
Flip & Roll is used as an ice breaker with children to gain their trust and build rapport. You can build conversation around the categories and learn about the child with opening up conversation and communicating effectively. You can have fun learning about each other’s interests too!
